This was a one-hour documentary on the legal treatment of Saddam Hussein and the precedents of putting leaders on trial, from Nero to Nuremburg and the Hague.  It aired just months after Hussein was captured and incorporated, and includes an interview Nissen gathered in Jordan with Saddam’s lawyer.
