PSA: New Orleans lock replacement (excerpt)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in New Orleans asked Gotham Studios to create a video to educate the public about the benefits of a multi-million-dollar project to renovate the lock on the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal.  The lock is illustrated using 3-D animation.
